This Privacy Policy explains how Plinth ("Plinth", "we", "us") handles information when you visit plinth.ae or request early access. We keep what we collect to the minimum needed to talk to you and onboard your firm.
Information we collect
When you book a call or contact us, we collect the details you choose to share, such as your name, work email, company name, and anything you write to us. If you later become a customer, we process the escrow and project data you provide so Plinth can reconcile and prepare it. We also collect basic, non-identifying usage data about how the site is used.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to you, schedule and run onboarding, provide and improve the service, and send you service-related updates. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that help us run Plinth, such as our scheduling tool and hosting provider, and only to the extent they need it. We may disclose information if required by law. Your financial data is never shared between customers.
Security and retention
We protect information with industry-standard safeguards and keep each customer's data separated. We retain information only for as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, and to stop sending you messages, by emailing the address below. We handle requests in line with the applicable UAE data protection law.
